About Tony Roma's
Tony Roma opened his first restaurant in North Miami, Florida in 1972. His dedication resulted in the expansion of his chain, which now has more than 50 restaurants in more than 30 countries. Such is the success of its expansion program that it was one of the first restaurant chains in the United States that expanded into the international market in the 1970s.
During the 1970s, the chain was known mostly for its steaks and burgers. But as its numbers increased, so did the number of its menu offerings. The Tony Roma's prices have remained relatively affordable through the years despite these changes.
Nowadays, the menu consists of the famous baby back ribs, which was developed by Chef David Smith. When these was first introduced, these succulent, juicy and tasty meats became an instant hit! The offerings also consist of burgers and steaks, which were based on the original recipes, as well as several types of seafood and chicken dishes, vegetarian dishes, and appetizers. There are also several desserts and cocktails on the list.
