About Roy Rogers
In 1968, Pete Plamondon, Sr. opened his first Roy Rogers franchised store in Falls Church, Virginia. He eventually purchased the chain and passed on its ownership to his sons, Jim and Pete Jr. in 1998. Through the years, the chain has remained true to its traditions particularly in serving classic American favorites like roast beef sandwiches, fried chicken, and sundaes.
Roy Rogers prices are considered to be affordable by most. A large portion of their combos are under $9.
The food here have been made with the best ingredients to ensure great flavors and textures. These are then served in a cozy and comfortable setting with a casual ambiance. The restaurants are family-friendly, too, so kids are always welcome.
The chain only uses 100% USDA round roast beef in its sandwiches, too. The pancakes are made from scratch daily while the fried chicken are made from fresh (i.e., never frozen) chicken. The ice cream and sundaes are rich and creamy, too, the perfect ending to a great meal – until next time, of course!
