Sumava Lactic
This is an experiment we tried with Francisco and his team at Sumava this season. We've found it's evolved the cup profile to having more intensity and more complexity. There's a distinct dark berry note that's very persistent, with a creamy, mouth-filling body and long, long cacao nibs. There's hints of stonefruit that present as the cup cools as well - reminiscent of Sumava Honey.
Tasting Notes: Blackcurrant, Candied Peach, Cacao Nibs

Businde Natural
Businde is a beautiful washing station in Kayanza district of Burundi. The coffee here is sweet, it's well processed and the facilities are incredibly clean.
Unlike other washing stations, Businde has it's own plot of coffee plants that's up and coming. It's more common for small holder farmers to sell their coffee cherries to washing stations in Burundi and in Rwanda. So this is an exciting project coming to life soon. We're happy to have visited Businde for a second time this past Summer.

Sumava Honey
This is the Sumava we've known and loved the last four years on our menu. It's sweet, it's ripe and it's filled with flavour. This season we're finding sweet melon and white peach qualities define the cup profile, with compliments of citrus tones and a lovely underlying milk chocolate. It's a layer cup that's comfortable and round. You'll love it.

Hti Ta Maung
Have you ever walked into a kitchen where jam is being made? The intoxicating smell of stewed berries and sugar boiling on the stove. That's essentially the flavour profile of Hti ta Maung. It's rich in flavour, loaded with berry tones and pleasantly sweet. It's a big coffee in terms of flavour vibrancy and was a fan favourite last year. Also, we're supporting a humanitarian initiative in Myanmar which we urge you to read more about online.

Decaf
Our current Decaf offering is from a long time relationship with Rony Asencio, the owner of Santa Ana La Huerta farm in Guatemala. It's the first Decaf we've done in collaboration with Swiss Water Decaffeination and we're thrilled with the quality. The profile is comfortable and sweet, approachable for all coffee enthusiasts.
This farm has been a part of Rosso's menu for the last three seasons and the coffee is sweet, rich and chocolatey. It's a washed coffee and is a mix of Bourbon, Caturra and Catimor varieties. As a Decaf, we believe this c
