Packed with sweetness and zesty notes, the cowboy blend yields a beautifully balanced and straightforward cup. It may be brewed using any method to produce outstanding results.

Red apple, toasted pecan, cocoa. This coffee comes to us from the las cuchillas community in jinotega, Nicaragua. Leonardo valle began growing coffee here in the 1940s and his children and now grandchildren continue to expand the family business, which we have worked closely with since 2011. Composed mostly of the caturra variety with some catuai and pacamara, this coffee is picked by hand, de-pulped, fermented for 12 hours, and then washed before being transported 70 kilometers to a dry mill in matagalpa, where the climate is ideal for drying

Full bodied, organic South African rooibos blended with a touch of natural honey flavor and bee pollen for a rich brew with a mild, caramel-like sweetness. A flavorful caffeine-free herb, rooibos also boasts the added health benefits of natural antioxidants and minerals. No sweetener is added (or needed).

Need something eye-opening and smooth to start the day? Look no further. We've combined teas that are smooth and flavorful. Only slightly broken, the leaves won't quickly become astringent like many other breakfast blends.

The fresh fruitiness of our medium-bodied earl grey is sweet, not soapy. Aromatic and balanced, earl grey is excellent both hot or served over ice. Traditionally, earl grey is made with black tea as a base - we use Chinese keemun (qimen), from the anhui province in East-central China and ceylon, from the major tea-producing island of Sri Lanka.
