We think making an espresso that is both good as a shot of espresso that is it in milk is one of the hardest things to do as a roaster. Thats why we named our espresso after the hardest thing to do we could think of; bowling the 7-10 split. This delightful blend is made up of a delicious washed natural Brazilian, paired with a clean washed Guatemalan. Smooth and sweet with creamy mouthfeel, delicate flavours of fruit and sage pop off your tongue, with a mesmerizing raw cacao finish.

Sunshine is our house light roast pillar coffee, meaning it is incredibly consistent and versatile. It is roasted to be both bright and sweet, with a clean mouth feel, syrupy finish and is a very easy drinking. If you're new to drinking LVC, and have dabbled with medium to light roast coffees from other roasters before, this is a great place to start. Our Signature Dark "but not too dark" roast profile. Dark roasts may have fallen out of fashion recently in the specialty coffee world but, just like stout beer, we believe they are wonderful if done correctly. Sweet and smokey but not ashy in any way.

Notes of blackberry, black tea, grape. Timely and selective hand picking is carried out in Kiri. Cherry is delivered to wet mill the same day it is picked. Cherry sorting is carried out at the wet mill prior to the pulping. Red ripe cheries are separated from underipes, overipes and foreign matter. Processing utilizes clean Kii river water (wet processing) that is recirculated before disposal into seepage pits. Sun drying on raised tables is done before delivery of the coffee to the dry mill for secondary processing. Varietals of mostly SL 28
