Khao-Poon is known as the soup of Laos. A long-simmered soup made with pounded chicken. Seasoned with common Lao ingredients such as fish sauce, lime leaves, galangal, garlic, shallots, Lao chillies, and perilla. And topped with Coconut Milk.
Khao poon is served with rice vermicelli noodles. Our chefs garnish with an assortment of shredded cabbage, carrots, and banana blossom along with bean sprouts, fresh mint, cilantro, lime, and dried red chillies.
