A full-bodied, balanced espresso blend, it's been a hit with both third-wave coffee snobs as well as drinkers with more traditional palates. Composed of three single origin beans sourced from farmers on three separate continents, the Rose Street is a satisfying coffee with notes of citrus, cherry and cocoa butter.

Using a 35% milk chocolate with a strong cocoa flavour and a biscuity finish, chocolate is melted and infused with freshly ground coffee, then kept overnight at around 45 degrees Celsius to facilitate a 24 hour infusion. Once the infusion is just right, the chocolate is strained to remove the larger pieces of the grounds, resulting in a delicate crunchiness from the residual coffee.

These truffles are each filled with a ganache infused with one of the two single origins that make up our Summer Seasonal Espresso Blend. The two single origins are freshly ground and simmered with cream and carefully strained, then combined with chocolate. The resulting ganache is hand-blended to make sure it's ultra-smooth and emulsified for melt in your mouth deliciousness! Each truffle is finished in a coffee bean mould and packaged in a collaborative truffle pack.
