Our China oolong fine ti kuan yin is an excellent example of a traditional Chinese oolong tea cultivated South of the min river in China’s fujian province. Not as highly oxidized as our formosa oolong, the large curled leaves appear almost reddy-brown with a dark green tinge when they unfurl in the cup.
