Award Winning Oh So Special Roast Duck Curry
Your senses are in for a treat tonight with this dish. Slow roasted local free-range duck. We roasted it on low and slow for hours so it is cooked to perfection. It is then sliced and infused with our own inhouse spiced red curry. The sauces are all made from scratch and all in the house. We then add lychee and cherry tomatoes to balance the dish. Like all our dishes at Galangal, we ensure we use local produce and products were possible.
