This peach oolong is made with the darker, more oxidized oolongs of Taiwan that are known for having lush, playful flavors. Deeply floral, honey and juicy, it's not uncommon to have a lovely cup that's almost like a succulent slice of peach. Why not let the tea play with some actual peaches.

Lapsang souchong is a black tea from the fujian province of China, famous for its smoky aroma and flavor.

Also called alpine oolong. Grown in altitudes of 1, 000 meters or above. These teas yield rich, juicy, full-flavored and high-fragrance teas.

The name tie guan yin means "iron goddess of mercy" and the tea is as magnificent as its name implied this tea has a very sweet, appetizing honey-life fragrance, taste and finishing. The sweet aftertaste will linger on in your mouth after a few sips. Good for multiple infusion.

The story of red rose tea began way back in 1890 in Canada. Theodore harding estabrooks was born in wicklow, carleton county, new brunswick in 1861. He was a local business leader that produced and packed a quality-blended tea that was consistent from cup to cup. Before that, tea was sold loose from tea chests by local merchants and quality varied a great deal. Mr. Estabrooks' innovation meant that tea lovers could count on the quality of tea in every red rose package — a tradition that continues to this day.

Tea leaves are harvested in the early spring and stored until the late summer when fresh jasmine flowers are in bloom. Jasmine flowers are picked early in the day when the small petals are tightly closed. The flowers are kept cool until nightfall. In Northern China it is customary to serve jasmine tea as a welcoming gesture to guests.
