We begin our cherry pies using tart Michigan cherries, then adding enough sugar and cinnamon to make the filling just right. Our crust is hand rolled and crimped to seal in the delicious filling. Our pies are nine inch and weigh two pounds. We pack our fresh baked pies in bakery clam shells.
