Handcrafted on the spot, each ‘sanga’ starts with fresh crusty artisan bread, baked daily by our master bakers the ‘old way’ with no artificial flavours, colours, preservatives, corn syrup or added sugar. Choose from poppy, sesame, 9 grain, whole wheat, white, cheddar bacon.

Bakery original. By crikey, this one’s a little beauty! freshly roasted chicken breast seasoned with basil and oregano, Swiss cheese, vine-ripe tomatoes, mayo, green leaf lettuce and spicy mustard. Try it on our sesame seed bread.

The Australian Pasty

It is to vegetable lovers what a pie is to meat lovers. Not to be confused with burlesque “pasties”, the famed pasty was introduced by early cornish settlers. Its shape comes from the clever cornish creating a disposable ‘pastry handle’ for their miners dirty hands to hold.
